Reservations

A deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room tariff or 50% of the total booking amount (whichever is higher) is required to confirm a reservation.

Bank account details for payment transfer will be shared directly by the hotel upon receiving your reservation request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
50% refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 3 days of check-in or in case of a no-show.

Refund processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

Standard Check-in Time: 10:30 AM
Standard Check-out Time: 09:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to room availability and may be chargeable.

Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be directly communicated and reconfirmed with the hotel.

No refund shall be applicable in case of early departure or early check-out.

Guest Identification & Admission Policy

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied if the information provided during booking does not match the guest profile at the time of arrival.

Hotel Rajdeep accommodates families and married couples only. Group bookings of unmarried individuals or solo group stays (stag groups) may be denied at the discretion of hotel management.

No refund shall be applicable in case check-in is denied under such circumstances.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

Infant Age: Under 5 years (0 to 4 years)
Child Age: 5 to 11 years
Guests aged 12 years and above are treated as adults.

Extra mattress, extra bed, or accommodation for additional guests may be chargeable.

Tariff & Booking Policy

Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

No additional charges or refunds shall apply if room tariffs differ at the time of check-in from the rates confirmed during booking.

Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct

Pets are strictly not allowed inside hotel premises.
Visitors may be permitted only in designated areas and during permitted hours with prior approval from hotel management.
Any form of illegal activity, gambling, or unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited.
Guests involved in such activities may be asked to vacate immediately and the matter may be reported to local authorities if required.
Smoking and alcohol consumption in common areas, gardens, corridors, and restaurant areas is strictly prohibited.
Violation of hotel rules may result in penalties or fines.
Any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or facilities shall be chargeable to the guest.

Parking & Liability Disclaimer

Parking facilities are provided at the owner's risk. The hotel shall not be responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or loss of belongings kept inside vehicles.

The hotel shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, cash, jewellery, luggage, or valuables during the stay.

General Information

Room Service Timings: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Generator backup is available for uninterrupted power supply.
Air-conditioning may not function during generator backup in case of power failure.

Room photographs displayed on the website are indicative of room categories. Actual room décor and appearance may vary slightly within the same category while maintaining similar facilities and amenities.

The hotel shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused due to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, power failures, strikes, or circumstances beyond management control.
